Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 cans evaporated milk
2 9" unbaked pie shells

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in order given.
3. Divide evenly into pie shells.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of each pie comes out clean.
6. Let cool.
7. Garnish with whipped topping.
